What the Claude integration enables

Billabex has built an app that installs directly in Anthropic’s Claude. Once configured, you can interact with your Billabex agent in natural language, from the interface you already use every day. Claude’s advanced reasoning capabilities make it particularly well suited for analyzing receivables data, summarizing account histories, and helping you decide on the best course of action for complex collection scenarios.

How it works

The Billabex app for Claude connects securely to your Billabex workspace through an authenticated integration. Once installed, Claude can access your invoices, customer accounts, payment statuses, and communication history in real time. When you ask a receivables-related question, Claude queries the Billabex API, processes the results, and returns a clear, contextual answer. All interactions are protected by the same security and access controls used throughout the Billabex platform.

Getting started
